My sweet little Kiera,
Last week when you were at my house, we were talking about Christmas and you told me about something you really really wanted and you said "I wish I had of asked my family to get that for me instead of Santa b/c Santa knows if I have been bad and I might not get it"  You are so so funny.
Last night was the Christmas eve service and you had a shrink art that you painted and you held my hand and put it in my hand and the took your other hand and wrapped it up around the ornament. It was the most caring and wonderful gesture I have ever felt and I will cherish it forever.
This morning we were at your house while you and Caden unwrapped and you talked the WHOLE time,  it just cracks us up, how many words that come out of you.  I feel so blessed to share your Christmas with you and Caden.

Oh my dear Kiera!
where do i start with you??  You are so so funny and talk non stop.  The month of December I have been watching you every Wednesday because I will be going to Florida soon and I wanted to have some extra time with you. 
Papa's sister died last weekend and when you came here, you went right up to Papa and said "I'm sorry for your sister"  and you said it again when we were driving to church and again at the funeral home.  You are so sweet.  So, yesterday, you and Bryce were here alone with me for a bit and I asked what you both thought about the funeral home and Bryce said "cool" and you said " I kinda wish it was you there so I could see what you look like there"!!!  when you said that Bryce gasped,   but you are just very curious about everything.
We went to lunch with your daddy. I pick up McDonalds and we drive to your daddies work and then we are driving home and passed a gas station and you said, "can we get gas"? and I said no, I don't need gas and of course you don't like no for an answer and then you said "Well, a little girl like me doesn't know how to (get gas) so could you roll down your window and tell me what to do"
I used to keep a basket of candy by the door but of course you always want several pieces, so I put it in my closet b/c it is easier out of sight than always saying no.  So, yesterday you asked if you could have a piece to take to Caden's school and I got the basket down and you asked why the basket was up so high and I said .....so Papa doesn't know where it is and you said "well, we could put it down and tell papa that there is a spider in it and he won't want any"

My precious Kiera,
Papa and I were in Florida for 3 weeks and I would talk to you on facetime and I asked if you were saving me a bunch of hugs for when I got home and you said "yes, I am going to rewind my hugs, so you will have a lot"
We got a video of you looking out your window at the first snow fall and it was so precious, I just love the magic of a child and you were so happy to see that snow.
We also got a video of you and Caden singing happy birthday to Uncle Bryan and you said " Uncle Bryan, did you know......that I love you" and you scrunched up your face to cute, it was worth everything to see such cuteness

My silly little Kiera!
You sure make me laugh.  The other day you were here and I was reading to you and you started to suck your thumb and I looked at you and you took it down and I said "what a good girl you are, I know it is hard"  and you said "I try really really hard to not suck but it is so hard"
You were here the other day b/c you had a fever the night before so you couldn't go to day care.  And you said to me "isn't it cool that I don't have to go to day care, that I can stay here with you?"
When you spent the night with me, I told you I am not very good at fixing hair but I will try to fix it and you said "well, you can make a pony right?"  So, I made a couple ponies and you said "did you do it? " and you gave me a big hug. 
Every time you come here, you want to take something home from my house, and you will say "what do you have for me?"  haha. and your mommy hates junk, but you want to take everything home.
When you were here the other day, we had to go to a funeral home, and when we went in. I was carrying you and I was talking to the family and you kept giving me the eyes rolling over to the casket.  and finally you said to me "she is asleep over there and she is sleeping in a cot like I have at day care."   haha, I just let it go at that.
You are such a little talker and you sure are a happy little girl.  I sure hope you always stay with so much joy in your heart.

My dearest Kiera,
I love you so much and I get such joy from you.  You are always so full of it and always have a tale to tell about something.
The other night you spent the night here and we had been at a party at Howard Falls and got home kinda late for your bedtime and had to do baths etc.  Anyhow, I read a book and you wanted another one and I said I will read it in the morning for you and you said "that is not exactly a bedtime book"
The next day after the party you were telling your daddy that gramma would not let you go down the ladder at Howard Falls, and you go down ladders all the time with daddy. and I said "But daddy wasn't there to help you down the ladder and Caden said "But Bowen and I were there and we are like daddy."  Oh my, I can't win! haha
I was taking a bath and I had my hair pushed behind my ears and you said "grammie you have cute elf ears." and I just cracked up and said why do my ears look like elf ears and the more I laughed the more embarrassed you got and you tried to back track and said no they didn't.  I cant believe sometimes how a little 4 year old knows when they say something that might hurt someones' feelings.  You are so astute, that I am amazed by it.

I watched you the other day and you said "I am hungry, can I have something with just a little bit of sugar?"   You love all sweets and figured if you asked for just a little bit, I would find something for you!  you are so silly.  Then you said  "ok, I will have a banana"

My precious Kiera!
You are always so excited to see me and wow! does that ever make me happy.  I have when you see me and come running to greet me and yell "grammie"  the best ever
We just spent the weekend at Uncle Danny's house to celebrate the birthdays of Chase, Lorelei, and Hayden. 
The one morning you came to me and you were sucking on your vitamin and you told me it was going to make you healthy and you said "it is mint, well, it is tutti fruity, well, really it is fruit....I wish it was tutti fruity"  You always crack me up.

My dearest Kiera or Kieradeara (as you like to be called)
Caden got me a mug for Christmas from kindergarten and I was drinking out of it the other day and I said "someone very special picked out this beautiful mug and gave it to me, and it is my favorite" and you said  "It was God, was it God?"    too funny.
You sure are full of lots of words, I don't know how you sleep at night, you have so much to say and sing about
Last week when you kids were together, I was asking Bryce about 5th grade and the middle school and talking with her about it and you said "Bryce, will you still love me when you find your friends?" and Bryce gets those loving eyes looking at me then you and says "Oh Kiera, of course I will still love you"   Then that evening when your parents came here you told them what Bryce told you and you said to her "will you still love me as much as you do now?"  How precious is that.

Oh my dear Kiera,

I think I write stuff you say more than any of the other kids.  You just come out with a ton of crazy things.

I put you in your car seat the other day and you sat on the buckle and you said "my pee pee hurts, my peepee is special and it is private" and of course when Bowen heard this he just cracked up laughing and you said "Bowen, don't laugh at my pee pee",   which of course made his laugh harder.

All of the cousins spent the night at the lake house and we went on the Chautauqua Belle and then rode the pontoon and went to a performance at the institute in the evening and papa went to get the car afterwards before it was going to be quite a long walk. So, he pulls in the we all clamber into the truck and you said  "papa, were you like wait, am I forgetting something"  (meaning all of us).   You are just so funny and can't believe you come out with some of this stuff and you are not even 4 yet

Oh my Kiera Deara,
You are such a character and come out with the funniest things and your facial expressions are so funny too.   Your eyes get real big and you roll them or look upward, just a million different faces that crack me up.
You are thinking about death and old age lately.  I think every kid thinks about it at some point, but you are pretty young, but I think you are VERY advanced and that is the reason. you are already thinking about it.
The one day you came to my house and said " When you get really really old old, I will sing to you" and the next week, you told me the same thing and added " and I have really good songs."  lol.
Later you said "When you die, you are put deep deep in the ground, that is so sad".  Then we were in the car and out of the clear blue you said "I don't want to go" and I asked where you didn't want to go and you said "to heaven".  So, we had to have a discussion about heaven and you weren't going any time soon.

We went to the car wash the other day and you said "I am not afraid of the car wash"  and you kept repeating it....maybe you were trying to convince you or me, not sure.

We were driving and going past an old bridge and you said "I'm impressed" and I asked what impressed you and you said "the bridge, it has a sign closed but it is still up"  Wow, you are too old for your age.

We went to Papa's work and I gave him a kiss and you asked why I kissed him, oh ya, you are married.  mom and dad do it all the time

Oh my little Kiera deara!
You are the funniest little girl and you crack us all up.  I love your personality.
We were up at the lake house and you kids were doing some marshmallow sparklers on the island and I called for Lucy (our dog), trying to find out where she was and you said "grammie, just let Lucy have her day"!!!!    You are just so silly.
We had our cousin party at the lake house and did the parade, the lake and fireworks.  I hope you always have good memories of being there

Oh Dear little Kiera!!!
you are the funniest little one, I have ever seen.
You told me daddy thinks I'm cute!!, of course he does, b/c you are so stinkin cute.
We were at a soccer game watching Bowen play and he scored a goal and your mommy said "Did you see, Bowen just scored a goal" and you said "no, i didn't see it, but thanks for telling me"  What three year old would think to say that.
On mother's day when we were at church you wished one of my friends happy mothers day and then your wheels were turning in your head and you said "are you a mother?"  But I have never known a child who wished a woman happy mothers day when they don't really know her or would think to make that wish.
We were talking about Fathers Day and I said "yes, your daddy is lucky" and you said "he is lucky b/c he has me"  haha
I babysat you one day all alone and when you went to bed that night, you told God you were thankful for me...sure makes me feel pretty special.
The other day Papa and I were taking the boat to the lake house and we had to stop at your house first and you came running out to help and I was holding you and you said "I want to go to the lake house" and you asked your mommy and she said "well, we are going to Waldameer today, so if you want to not go there" and you thought for a minute and then hugged me and said "I'm sorry grammie"
You and I were shopping the other day and we saw a white frilly dress in a store and you said "here is a mary dress"  I knew what you meant, a dress to get married in.  haha.  It wasn't, it was a prom dress, but how funny that you thought that.

I just love you so much and gosh do you make me smile.

Oh my precious Kiera,
You are such a little devil and I love you so much.  You talk and move non stop, you wear us all out.  You told me you loved me more than cake!!  haha, you know what to say.
Last night you were Papa for a bit while Caden was at soccer practice and I was working.  Papa said you didn't stop talking the whole time.  You told him you only had two more dance practices and your show would be soon and you had a pink dress and you were going to dance in front of a lot of people and you couldn't wait for the dance .....and on and on. 
When you got home and mommy and daddy asked what you were thankful for for the day you said "spending time with Papa"  How sweet is that.
You are just such a love bug and I love you so much

Oh my little Kiera!!
You are such a live wire, you keep us all entertained.
You are Caden were going to leave church with us and go home and you were walking with Papa and when we got to the door I said "Kiera, where is Papa?" and you said " Papa was walking with me and he sneaked away and now he is somewhere hiding or something"  and you were not happy, that he left where he was supposed to be!.
You told me "aunt Judy loves me"   haha, everyone loves you little lady.
Yesterday you came in my house and looked at me and said "I feel like you are funny"  ha, now what does that mean.  You are so silly.
You and Bryce had your rehearsal for dance the other night and you wanted me to go with you. awe, melt my heart!!!  I don't have anyone that wants me to go with them, such a sweet thing.
You have been singing songs for a few years now,  you are extremely smart.  Grammie is so proud of you.

My precious little Kiera!
You sure have quite a personality and I hope and pray you always stay so happy and caring.
You and your family just spent a week with me in Florida and it was so great and I miss you all so much.  You had the best time.  The first day we went swimming at the pool and you had to go potty, so I took you in and you said "This is the best day, I want it to go forever"  Melts my heart. 
While you guys were there, you and Caden spent every night in my bedroom and I love the fact that you both want to be with me.  The first night you said "your bedroom  is not scary" and the second night you said "I like your bedroom"  You must have been doing some thinking about my bedroom.
We went to a kids museum and there was a simulated ride of a roller coaster and papa and I went in it and of course, he wanted to do the max thrill ride and I wanted easy.  Well, the guy did a max thrill and I just closed my eyes, but you guys were sitting outside waiting and your daddy and mommy were laughing and you said " ITS NOT FUNNY"   Of course, that makes me think it is funny.  But you were worried about grammie, love you
Papa said he would buy you a stuffed animal and you said "how lucky am I" 
You are obsessed with candy and the one day, you came and wanted me to pick you up and you said "I don't really like mommy and daddy b/c they don't give me candy".  This just came out of the clear blue.
You talk non stop and you are so funny, you sing and dance all the time.  I love you my princess

My dear Kiera!
You are such a sweet little girl but you do know what you want and when you want it,  too funny, but then I am not your parent. :)
At Christmas, all the kids were sitting at the table eating and I am not sure what everyone was talking about but someone said something about being the youngest and you said "I am the cutest"  haha
You are so funny and such a cuddle bug.
