 My precious Kiera,

You are the sweetest ever, you are so caring for other people.  Your Aunt Sommer has breast cancer and it has been quite a blow to the whole family.  She has lost all her hair now and she is struggling.  We were all at a soccer game a couple weeks ago and you went up to her and said "did you lose your hair" and she said yes and you hugged her and said "I am so sorry"  Wow! you are 7, how do you know to be so compassionate. Made me want to cry.

I will always love you unconditionally and I will always be your advocate. You are such a joy to our lives.

A couple weeks ago I took you and Caden and Bryce and Bowen to a play, Oliver. You were very happy to go to a play and you love them, as do I, so we will be going to more.

 My dear Keira,

You certainly do leave an impression no matter where you go. You were so personable and outgoing. We had a wedding last weekend and I am sure you dance the whole night. Uncle Jerry said he would take you in a heartbeat because you were just so sweet.

You just started first grade this week and yesterday you and Caden were able to get two little kitties to bring home. You both are so so excited about that, those kitties sure we’ll have a great home.

The other day when Bryce was here you looked at her and said how is your life going so far Bryce? And she said good and you said mine isn’t, Caden bosses me around. Haha  but you and Caden are very good buddies and that makes me happy.

 Oh my little Kiera,

You are such a sweet sweet girl and I sure love you.  I needed to get some rocks for a craft we were all going to make this year and Papa and I were going to go collect them one day and I happened to be talking to your daddy and I told him what we were doing and I asked if you or Caden wanted to go and you did but Caden did not .  On the way home, I said "thanks, Kiera, for going with us and helping to pick up rock" and you said "and thank you for asking me"  haha. 

Last night you guys brought a present for Papa for father's day and you decided to bring me a little treat because you felt bad that I wouldn't get anything.  

I love you so much you will go far because you are not afraid of anything.  I just hope you know when to be careful.

 My sweet Kiera,

You are such a little love bug and such a character.  You were at my house a couple weeks ago and I had returned from Florida a few weeks ago and I am dark to begin with but when in Florida I get even darker. And you were looking at my legs and said "Were you ever white"!?  Oh my, I asked what you thought I was and you said "black". 

I just love you and you always run up and hug me whenever you see me and that makes my day.  I can't tell you how much your hugs and lovin make me feel so great.

 Oh Kiera,

So we all just got a snap chat from you and you were showing us your boo boo from today and caden kept interrupting your story. You said “ what, I was thinking fast” and then you said “ we can talk about it later” oh my gosh, that video was hilarious

 My precious little Kiera,

When we get together for Christmas, everyone just starts opening presents and it’s very chaotic. This year you came up to me just as we were sitting down and said, let’s do some thing different one family at a time opens their presents and will start with your Grammy. So I did announce it to everyone but somehow it didn’t work out, and I thought it was an absolutely wonderful idea. Thank you for trying to organize this all a little bit

One night you said to your dad are we going to anyone’s house tonight? And he asked why do you want to and you said yes I gotta get out of here it’s a trap. You are so funny.

You guys and grandma Karin and grandpa Jim came to Florida and went to Disney for five days and then you came over to see us for a couple days. I miss you so much. We had a little birthday party for your mom your dad and Caden. And you made me a little video on my phone of how you love me and care for me and will miss me. So I get to listen to that every day. Thank you for all the love you give Keira. You are such a sweetheart
